Delivery within the Czech Republic:
We use the services “Zasilkovna” or “Czech Post”, the cost of delivery services is included in the total amount of your order. When purchasing over 3000 CZK, you can choose free delivery. (only in the Czech Republic) Delivery times are determined by the carrier and can range from 1 to 14 working days.
Delivery within the European Union:
You can choose services – “Packeta” or “Czech Post”
and receive the parcel at the address or pick it up at the point of delivery. The cost of delivery services is included in the total amount of your order. Delivery times are determined by the carrier and can range from 5 to 21 business days.

Delivery to your home, office, or pick up the goods at one of the branches of the Czech Post or Balikovna.

Delivery within the European Union to any Packeta branch
Return terms.
If the product does not suit you in size or color, you can return it to the store within 14 working days.
Contact our manager, indicate the reason for the return, send the product to us, and receive the full amount of the cost of the product.
